Drive innovation at OCI as the Director of Partnerships, leading strategic initiatives that foster growth and collaboration across various sectors. This role is key to Ontario’s innovation ecosystem. The Director of Strategic Partnerships is critical for forming and managing effective alliances that help OCI fulfill its mission.

You will collaborate with the Executive Team and engage with external networks to promote growth and sustainability. Candidates should be adept at negotiating and managing relationships across multiple stakeholders including government and private sectors. Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic relationship management and stakeholder engagement
Develop creative partnership strategies and manage negotiations
Provide strategic guidance to OCI's support teams




Track sector developments to inform strategic direction
Participate in committees and business organizations to bolster OCI's reach Requirements:
Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Extensive partnership-building experience
Understanding of public funding and community networks
Solid leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels Be a catalyst for growth by shaping strategic partnerships at OCI and enhancing Ontario’s technological landscape.
