Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack C# .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Microsoft technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Location & Work Arrangement

Location: Montreal, Quebec

This position is based in our Montreal office and requires employees to work in office five days per week . We value in-person collaboration and believe it plays an important role in fostering teamwork, innovation, and effective communication.

For this role, English is the primary working language for all day-to-day communication, documentation, and collaboration. Proficiency in French is considered an asset and is welcome; however, it is not a requirement,



as the core responsibilities of the position are conducted in English.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Lead the architecture and design of software solutions following industry best practices.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
- Create responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI/UX principles.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Implement and promote software design patterns, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Write and maintain unit tests and support automated testing initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in C# and .NET Framework/.NET.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server , including database design and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and UI/UX design concepts.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
- Proven experience with unit testing and software design patterns .
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and web-based applications.
- Secure application development practices

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
