With at least five years in HR, you will implement effective recruitment strategies and support employee relations while respecting Indigenous cultures and practices. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a diverse workforce and navigating public health care system intricacies in Manitoba. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Indigenous recruitment and retention strategies
- Conduct and manage workplace investigations
- Lead cultural safety workshops for staff
- Provide ongoing advice on employee grievances

- A minimum of five years in relevant HR positions
