Design multi-year fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals
Actively manage donor engagement and solicitation processes
Develop high-impact grant proposals with program staff
Plan segmented annual giving appeals for donor retention
Report on key fundraising metrics and outcomes Requirements:
Over 5 years of fundraising expertise with solid achievements
Completion of a Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma
Proficient knowledge of donor lifecycle and best practices
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
