The Ashmolean Museum in Oxford is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Ticketing & Events Assistant to join the Retail & Ticketing Team. You will handle ticketing enquiries by email and phone, and process refunds and exchanges.
Based onsite, you will maintain event and ticketing information and work with colleagues across Exhibitions, Education, Membership, Finance, Visitor Experience and IT. Hours are variable across seven days, including some Bank Holidays.
