We are seeking a skilled Furniture Installer to join our team. As a Furniture Installer, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various types of furniture for commercial clients. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
Read and interpret furniture assembly instructions
Assemble and install furniture according to specifications
Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations
Inspect finished installations for quality and accuracy
Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed for relocation or repairs
Collaborate with clients, designers, and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
Strong knowledge of furniture assembly techniques and processes
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints
Robust problem-solving skills to overcome installation challenges
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Physical stamina to lift heavy furniture pieces and perform repetitive tasks
Note: This is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by management. Experience with office furniture installation is preferred.
