Your expertise will help lead oncology clinical trials while managing the STEP-1 Program and U-Link Canada. Collaborate closely with investigators, patients, and stakeholders to enhance equitable access to trials for children across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
Manage oncology clinical trials from start-up to close-out
Coordinate ethics, regulatory, and institutional submissions




Support patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention
Oversee study data management and safety reporting
Mentor junior research staff and improve operational processes Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Health or Life Sciences
At least five years managing clinical trials
Experience with oncology trial management
Knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical research compliance
