Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment following established procedures
Operate equipment such as forklifts safely to move heavy or bulk items when necessary
Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of the fulfillment area to ensure safety and cleanliness
Assist with merchandising tasks to ensure products are properly displayed and accessible
Perform cashiering duties at the shipping station, including processing labels and verifying orders
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment as needed
Requirements
Prior experience in retail sales, warehousing, or fulfillment environments is preferred
Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required (training available)
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, helpful attitude
Bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse team members and customers
