Your role will encompass user provisioning, access control, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll provide critical support, automate processes, and enhance monitoring mechanisms to ensure quality and timeliness. Key Responsibilities:
Support Primavera and COTS applications under Delivery Manager guidance
Perform incident resolution and service request fulfillment
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
