In this role, you will report to the VP of Finance, managing 8+ years of accounting expertise with a focus on compliance, reporting, and team leadership.

Develop financial strategies that support organizational goals, while delivering accurate and timely financial reports and creative cost management solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate accurate financial reporting under IFRS
Support annual budgeting and continuous forecasts
Manage cash flow and risk reporting
Lead all audits and oversee compliance measures
Drive improvements in accounting procedures

Requirements:
8+ years in finance; at least 2 in controllership
Must hold a CPA designation
Robust analytical and leadership capabilities
Public company experience is desirable
Proficiency in financial reporting software
