Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Recruiting and Onboarding workstreams within full lifecycle HCM implementations. You’ll partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to translate hiring strategies into Oracle solutions, while mentoring analysts and delivering end-to-end candidate experiences.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 3–5 years of requirements analysis and testing, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
