Become a vital part of ENWIN Utilities as a Supervisor of Water Distribution in Windsor, ON. Oversee operations and ensure productive maintenance of the potable water system while adhering to safety regulations.
In this full-time role, you will report to the Manager of Water Operations and directly manage resources for inspecting, maintaining, and constructing the water distribution system. With a minimum of four years of operational experience, you will coordinate training, monitor adherence to safety protocols, and manage emergent issues to minimize customer disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the potable water distribution system effectively
• Attend pre-construction meetings for project planning
• Monitor staff training and compliance with requirements




• Provide on-site job instructions and recommendations
• Organize response strategies for emergent issues
Requirements:
• Class 3 Water Distribution Certificate from the Ministry of Setting
• Minimum 4 years of operator experience
• Knowledge of Safe Drinking Water Act regulations
• Strong decision-making and project planning skills
• Valid Class 'G' Driver's Licence
