The ideal candidate will hold a PhD and have a strong research publication history in operations and supply chain management. This role combines teaching responsibilities and the prospect to develop a significant research program to support and enhance departmental objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Drive high-quality research with publications in leading journals
Teach in undergraduate and graduate programs
Supervise multiple Ph.D. students in their academic work
Participate in departmental service and leadership initiatives
Collaborate across academic and professional spheres Requirements:
Near or completed Ph.D. in relevant fields
A record of or potential for impactful research
Excellent teaching and mentoring skills
Solid commitment to equity and diversity
