This role requires a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with perioperative experience. You will oversee daily operations, manage team dynamics, and ensure compliance with safety standards while enhancing surgical efficiency and patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the perioperative services team using evidence-based practices
Maintain communication between physicians and staff in the operating room

Manage staffing budgets and special equipment coordination
Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety policies Requirements:
RN or LPN in positive standing with Canadian governing body
