Become a Summer Camp Counsellor at RED Mountain Resort, leading exciting outdoor adventures for kids. You'll ensure a protected and engaging workplace while promoting outdoor skills and teamwork. As a Summer Camp Counsellor, you will oversee campers at all times, guiding them through dynamic activities like hiking, crafts, and games.

Your ability to adapt programs based on individual needs will be essential for fostering confidence and enjoyment. In this role, following safety protocols and conveying professionalism is key as you interact with campers and parents. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a protected and secure environment for campers
Lead activities such as nature exploration and games
Modify activities based on campers’ age and capabilities




Ensure compliance with safety policies and emergency procedures
Document attendance and incidents as required Requirements:
Preferred experience working with children
Current First Aid & CPR certification is an advantage
Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector required
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
