Advise on contractual and legal obligations effectively
Directly oversee dispute resolutions and claims

Draft and assess various legal agreements
Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and legal qualifications (LL.B. or J.D.)
At least 2 years in infrastructure and procurement law
Experience with claims and dispute resolution preferred
Knowledge of Canadian P3 agreements
