Drive efficiency and safety in sewage collection for the City of Windsor. This full-time managerial position is integral to maintaining community health and environmental sustainability.

As the Manager of Sewage Collection, you’ll ensure the performance of the city’s sewage systems meets regulatory standards. Your responsibilities encompass managing maintenance operations, responding to emergencies, and preparing compliance reports for environment authorities. You'll liaise with both technical teams and upper management to ensure resource allocation aligns with infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee overall operation and compliance of sewage collection • Liaise with Ministry of the Workplace on system matters • Coordinate maintenance activities across municipal properties • Manage emergency responses to collection system incidents • Track performance metrics and maintain incident records

Requirements: • Proven management experience in sewage collection systems • Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance standards • Competency in SCADA systems for monitoring • Ability to lead and mentor operational staff • Strong capability in problem-solving and crisis management
