Because when you thrive, we all thrive.RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Data Architecture Design: Define and maintain enterprise data architecture strategy for data acquisition, archive recovery and database implementation Design scalable and secure data models, data flows, and integration patterns across the AWS and Databricks Lakehouse ecosystem. Align data architecture with business objectives and IT strategy.Data Governance & Quality: Establish data governance frameworks and best practices. Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulations (e.G., GDPR). Ensure proper management and documentation of metadata, including data dictionaries, to support data discovery and understanding.Collaboration & Technical Leadership: Communicate data architecture strategies, decisions, and best practices to stakeholders at all levels, influencing their understanding and adoption. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data teams Supervise and review the work of contractors and third-party resources to ensure alignment with architectural standards and quality expectations. Influence and advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization.Technology & Innovation: Evaluate and recommend data technologies, tools, and platforms, with an emphasis on AWS-native services and the Databricks Lakehouse Platform (e.G., Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL). Actively leverage generative AI tools (e.G., AI-assisted code generation, data modeling, and documentation) to accelerate delivery, in line with the company's expectation that technical staff incorporate Gen AI into their daily workflow. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data architecture and analytics.Project Oversight: Lead data architecture efforts in large-scale projects and digital transformations, personally hands-on in designing and building data models and pipelines to set the technical standard for the team. Ensure data solutions are delivered on time,

The anticipated compensation range for this position is - 170,000-180,000 USD- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable.
