The role involves leading a team of three specialists and demands hands-on experience with UKG PRO WFM systems. As Onyx enhances its operations beyond Canada, familiarity with U.S. payroll systems will be a plus. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions
Ensure accurate payroll processing for all employees
Lead a team of payroll specialists to achieve goals
Manage payroll compliance and reporting obligations
Work with Finance on payroll-related reconciliations Requirements:
5+ years of payroll experience with leadership
Degree or diploma in relevant field
Preferred PCP or CPM designation
In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations
