The Indigenous Human Services
Program at NVIT is looking for experienced Term Instructors to guide learners through vital courses. Applicants should hold a Master of Social Work Degree and have experience in post-secondary education, particularly with Aboriginal adult learners. This role emphasizes understanding diverse perspectives and equipping students for impactful careers. Key Responsibilities:
Teach courses including IHMS 110 and IHMS 120
Implement hybrid teaching strategies for all learners
Engage students with diverse backgrounds effectively
Create a nurturing and positive learning setting
Collaborate in school activities and community engagement Requirements:
Required: Master of Social Work Degree (MSW)
Teaching experience in post-secondary sectors
Knowledge of Moodle, Teams, and Outlook
Solid teaching and interpersonal skills
