Firehouse Subs is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Night Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a rapid-paced restaurant environment, takes pride in providing excellent guest service, and works well as part of a team.

Night Crew Members help ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the next day while continuing to provide friendly service to guests.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
Prepare and serve Firehouse Subs menu items according to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized dining room, counter, kitchen, and work areas.
Restock food, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
Complete closing and cleaning duties at the end of the night.
Properly store food and supplies.
Work efficiently during busy periods.
Communicate effectively with managers and other team members.




Help ensure the restaurant is prepared for the following day's operations.
Perform other duties assigned by restaurant management.

Qualifications
Reliable and punctual.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical restaurant duties.
Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset but not required.
Must be available for evening/night shifts, including weekends as required.
