Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity during night shifts
Follow established recipes and food preparation procedures to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain proper food handling practices in accordance with safety regulations and sanitation standards
Assist in plating and presentation of dishes to ensure visual appeal
Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy night hours
Adhere to all food safety protocols, including proper storage,

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook within a restaurant or food service workplace
Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting during night shifts
Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary fundamentals
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly preferred
Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
Flexibility to work overnight hours and adapt to changing priorities
