Systems is seeking a full-time Parts Coordinator to manage sourcing and purchasing of truck parts for its Durham Shop. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of truck parts, alongside strong organizational and communication skills. The position involves coordinating with vendors and fleet managers while maintaining accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities:
Purchase truck parts and maintenance supplies based on fleet needs
Process purchase orders and verify order accuracy




Maintain inventory levels with cycle counts and audits
Coordinate vendor returns and warranty claims effectively
Operate forklift for loading and unloading delivery trucks Requirements:
Basic knowledge of truck parts and supplies
Valid G Driver’s Licence is mandatory
Robust computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
Physically capable of handling parts up to 50 lbs
