Enhance lives at Extendicare as a Registered Nurse on the casual night shift. This role centers on direct care, medication administration, and overseeing resident assessments. As an RN under the guidance of the Director of Health and Wellness, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate resident documentation, facilitating care discussions, and supervising medication processes.

Your clinical insight will support the coordination of effective care by working with interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure care assessments and documentation are current
Administer and safeguard medications as needed
Coordinate resident and family education initiatives
Delegate tasks to unregulated care providers efficiently
Manage emergencies and shifts in resident health Requirements:
Registration as a Registered Nurse in the applicable Province/State
Experience with senior care and supervision
Solid time management and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Completion of Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening within 6 months Use your RN credentials to deliver high-quality care at Extendicare and improve the well-being of our residents each night.
