Oversee daily operations of the Guest Experience team
Monitor service execution to ensure elevated guest interactions
Manage reservations and hospitality logistics
Promote wine club memberships and sales strategies
Coach and mentor team members for optimal performance Requirements:
2–5 years in guest experience or hospitality
Experience in coaching and supporting service teams
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Ability to utilize hospitality systems
