Required are significant legal skills, particularly in alternative delivery models such as Public-Private Partnerships and Design-Build. You will guide project teams in navigating commercial risks and legal challenges throughout the lifecycle of projects.
Negotiate and draft legal documentation for projects
- Assess commercial risks and recommend mitigations
- Support project teams during proposal and contract formation
- Advise on claims, disputes, and conflict resolution
- Strengthen relationships through effective risk management methodologies
At least 10 years in legal practice
- Exceptional communication and drafting abilities
