Reporting to the HR Manager, you will engage in full cycle recruitment and support various HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction. Address HR inquiries from stakeholders
Control Time & Attendance tracking for staff
Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes efficiently
Organize employee engagement and training activities
Maintain confidential HR records in systems Requirements:
At least one year of HR experience preferred
Two years in administrative roles required
Familiarity with Employment Standards Act
College diploma in Human Resources preferred
