Step into a full time Finisher role on the Day Shift with Garland in Mississauga, Ontario. Use your skills in material grounding to contribute to high-quality foodservice equipment production. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be integral in our manufacturing process, performing assigned tasks while ensuring safety and workmanship. This role provides a unique chance to teach and learn best practices related to grounding techniques.
Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a clean workspace and addressing any quality issues while working efficiently with tools. Key Responsibilities:
Perform specified grounding tasks as needed

Adhere to safety standards for tool utilization Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing role
Knowledge of tools, including sanding equipment
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Solid manual dexterity and physical fitness required
