Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Service & Project Team Lead to supervise the day‑to‑day delivery and development of the PACT service. You will monitor activity, caseloads and performance against targets, while coordinating workload to ensure timely follow-up for patients and carers.
You will contribute to service planning, development and quality improvement initiatives, coordinate MDT discussions, and act as a key contact for patients and specialists.
