Become a BAS Design Lead at Contemporary Niagara to influence building automation systems across Ontario. This role prioritizes technical design excellence and cooperative teamwork for successful project delivery. As the BAS Design Lead, you will spearhead the technical development of Building Automation System designs.

You’ll coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and field teams to ensure high quality and cost-productive designs. Your efforts will contribute to improved design standards and support knowledge sharing within the Major Projects Design Team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop conceptual designs for project pursuits
Collaborate with Project Managers and Installation teams
Create detailed design drawings and system schematics
Select optimal controllers and sensors for projects
Manage design labour budgets effectively Requirements:
Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least three years of BAS design experience
Experience with HVAC controls and DDC systems
Proficient in Microsoft tools and Visio
