Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern

Tipo Foods is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated person to help manage and grow our online presence.

We are a local café and food business, and we are looking for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating engaging content, and can help us consistently promote our food, coffee, catering, and brand.

Responsibilities
Manage and regularly update our Instagram and TikTok
Create photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and other engaging content
Develop ideas to increase followers, engagement, and local awareness
Create and maintain a consistent posting schedule
Promote our menu items, new products, specials, catering, and events
Keep our Google Business Profile updated with current photos, information, hours, menu updates, and posts
Help monitor and respond appropriately to Google reviews and social media comments
Develop marketing ideas to attract more customers to the café




Help promote Tipo Foods to local businesses and the surrounding community
Track what content and promotions are working and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For
Positive understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media marketing
Comfortable creating and editing short-form videos
Good photography and visual/content skills
Creative and able to come up with new marketing ideas
Robust written English and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Interest in food, coffee, hospitality, and local businesses is a plus

This position could be a outstanding chance for a marketing student, recent graduate, or someone building their professional marketing portfolio. Location: North Vancouver, BC

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
