Join our growing dental group in Simcoe, Ontario, as a Multi-Unit Manager. Drive performance improvements and enhance patient experiences across multiple clinics. We're searching for a Regional Manager or experienced Practice Manager to take charge of a multi-clinic portfolio in Simcoe.

You will report to the Director of Operations and will be accountable for clinical outcomes, financial analysis, and the development of your team. Your proven track record in managing complex dental practices will be key in achieving success. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high standards of care and operational efficiency
Coach and empower Practice Managers for peak performance
Analyze financials to identify areas for growth
Foster an outstanding patient experience across all clinics
Travel within Downtown Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area

Requirements:
3–5+ years of dental practice management experience
Background with multi-clinic or high-volume practices
Competent in various practice management software
Proven leadership abilities in a healthcare setting
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
