Key Responsibilities:
Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes annually
Create and maintain complex financial models
Review monthly and quarterly financial forecasts
Work closely with departments to achieve financial aims
Communicate insights through financial presentations to management

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Finance, MBA or CPA is an advantage
5–7 years of progressive FP&A; experience
Robust experience in commercial office real estate
Expertise in financial systems like Yardi Voyage
Excellent leadership and communication skills
