Inc. as a Mechanical Failure Analysis Specialist focused on Caterpillar Engines. You'll engage in root cause analysis and technical reporting to enhance product performance. We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer or Technologist with a robust background in diesel engine systems.
This permanent position emphasizes analysis and teamwork, allowing you to develop expertise in component failure for Caterpillar products. Your work will play a crucial role in continuous improvement and safety practices. Key Responsibilities:
Determine root causes of engine component failures
Prepare detailed technical reports for clients
Document component conditions during disassembly
Analyze individual parts and their functions
Lead or partake in process improvement initiatives Requirements:
Engineering degree in related field preferred
Experience with large diesel engines, especially Caterpillar
Robust skills in root cause analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
