Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and skilled environment.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using Jane system
Verify patient information, insurance details, and update records accurately within electronic medical records platforms.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting co-pays and updating patient demographics.




Maintain organized front desk operations by managing incoming mail, filing documents, and processing correspondence.
Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accessible.

Experience
Prior experience working as a receptionist or in a medical office setting is preferred
Experience with electronic medical records systems like Jane.
Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff.
