Position Summary The Managing Director, Private Equity leads transaction execution, portfolio strategy, and financial evaluations. This position drives deal structuring and performance management while guiding cross-functional teams. This hybrid role allows you to work from home with periodic in office collaboration in Vancouver.

Responsibilities
Oversee private equity investment processes, including sourcing, evaluation, and execution.
Direct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence activities.
Structure investments and manage deal negotiations through closing.
Monitor portfolio company performance and implement growth strategies.
Prepare investment committee proposals and present strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with executive leadership and operational partners.





Requirements
Skilled background in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
Solid skills in financial modeling, corporate finance, and business valuation.
Experience managing deal structuring and transaction workflows.
Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
Post-secondary degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.

Pay: $225,000.00-$230,000.00 per year
