As part of the BC Health Workday program, you’ll report to the Director of Change & Transformation, focusing on large-scale communication initiatives.

Your role includes leading a team, managing budgets, and assessing training needs to ensure effective program implementation across various health organizations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage strategic communications for the BC Health Workday program
Conduct training needs assessments and implement programs
Liaise with external vendors and internal communication leads




Oversee communication budget and ensure fiscal responsibility
Develop high-quality communication resources and materials

Requirements:
University education in communications or equivalent
Seven years of experience in large, unionized settings
Solid writing and strategic planning skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines effectively
Familiarity with training methods beneficial
