Your role will involve creating exact programs, interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with operators to enhance productivity. Understanding of HAAS controls and CAD software like SolidWorks is a must for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Create and write CNC programs for 5-Axis HAAS machines
Interpret technical specifications and blueprints accurately
Work with operators to refine tool paths and machining parameters
Choose the right cutting tools and fixtures for tasks
Help implement process improvements in lean manufacturing Requirements:
At least 5 years of CNC programming experience
Mechanical knowledge of machining principles and tools
Familiarity with HAAS control systems for milling
Ability to read CAD files, especially SolidWorks
