Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional service to patients, and supporting the administrative functions of our practice. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records.

Duties
Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the clinic and assist with check-in procedures.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Process patient information, including insurance verification and billing inquiries.
Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks as needed,



including preparing charts for appointments and managing correspondence.
Coordinate follow-up appointments for patients as required.
Ensure the front office area is organized and welcoming for patients and visitors.

Requirements
Previous experience in a medical clinic setting or in a physiotherapy clinic is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask effectively in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
