This position is tailored for those with an Ice Facility Operator (IFO) or Refrigeration Operator (RO) certification, or a 4th-5th Class Power Engineer qualification.
Your role includes maintaining refrigeration equipment, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and working on the Zamboni. Even if you're recent to the arena world, your mechanical knowledge can kickstart your certification journey with our support. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and operate the refrigeration plant
Conduct ice maintenance with the Zamboni
Address mechanical issues to ensure efficiency
Collaborate in a team-focused atmosphere
Adapt to varying scheduled shifts, including nights Requirements:
IFO, RO, or Power Engineer certification
Mechanical proficiency and prior arena experience
