Bilingual Charter Sales Coordinator

to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with aviation industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage charter flight inquiries from initial request through to booking.

Prepare customized quotations and charter proposals.

Recommend aircraft and operational solutions based on client needs.

Source aircraft availability and negotiate with charter operators.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and aviation partners.

Support business development initiatives and coordinate sales activities.

Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with sales presentations.

Help coordinate trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Experience in aviation is





required .

Experience in charter brokerage, private aviation, travel services, sales coordination, or customer service.

Fluently bilingual in English and French.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Aviation, business, tourism, logistics, or related education is considered an asset.

Existing connections within the military or defence sector are considered a strong asset.
