We are seeking a professional and reliable Motor Coach Operator to provide protected, efficient, and courteous transportation services as part of a daily schedule across lower Alberta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating large passenger vehicles, ensuring passenger safety, and delivering excellent customer service. Duties
Safely operate motor coaches along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, seating, and inquiries
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness
Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger counts
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and team members to coordinate schedules and address concerns
Ensure passenger safety at all times by enforcing safety protocols and managing emergency situations calmly
Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained throughout shifts to ensure a positive passenger experience
Qualifications
Valid clean commercial driver’s license - Class 2 (CDL) with passenger endorsement required
Mechanical knowledge or experience with vehicle maintenance is preferred
Robust communication skills in English for clear interaction with passengers and team members
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor
Proven experience in commercial driving or transportation is desirable
Ability to operate large vehicles safely and responsibly under various conditions
Positive physical condition to assist with vehicle inspections and minor maintenance tasks
Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety, punctuality, and professionalism
This will be a new scheduled service working a minimum of five days per week, every week. Pay: $320.00 per day
