Manage installations from service request to invoicing
Assess and choose appropriate installation vendors
Coordinate installation schedules and serve as the primary customer contact
Keep track of numerous projects and adhere to strict timelines
Escalate any service-related issues to the appropriate teams Requirements:
At least 1 year of project coordination or technical support experience
Understanding of 12-24VDC systems
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under pressure
Experience with CRM software and adept with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and analytical skills Excel in delivering outstanding customer installations at GPS Insight as a crucial coordinator.
