Reporting to the Senior Director, Design & Studio3D, this position is pivotal in managing Carbonleo's design assets to meet high-quality standards.

With collaboration at its core, you will engage with various teams to assess and improve property condition continuously. Your design insight will guide the evolution of properties, ensuring they reflect excellence and align with Carbonleo’s commitment to sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular in office assessments for design quality
Develop continuous improvement plans in collaboration with teams




Oversee the evolution of landscaping in properties
Conceive projects to enhance customer experiences
Ensure implementation of Design Criteria across properties Requirements:
Degree in relevant design disciplines
At least 5 years of experience managing design projects
Creative problem-solving ability
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe tools
