Become a leader in youth mental health with WoodGreen as the Manager of Clinical Services, working in a hybrid environment. Oversee essential counseling programs aimed at empowering youth and families. This full time position involves supervising a variety of youth programs focused on mental health recovery and youth justice.

You will lead a team of specialists dedicated to providing trauma-informed and evidence-based therapy while promoting inclusion and equity within the community. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise youth counseling staff and programming
Implement best practices and maintain compliance
Build solid relationships with funders and stakeholders
Monitor risks and advocate for client safety
Support ongoing career development for staff Requirements:
M.A. in Psychology or M.S.W. and registration
2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Proven expertise in trauma-informed therapy
Experience leading programs in diverse communities
