This full time role focuses on strategic oversight of maintenance programs and team performance. Reporting directly to the Director, you will lead repair initiatives across all facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards while optimizing operational efficiency.

Your expertise in managing budgets and maintenance scheduling will be key to achieving department objectives and delivering high-quality experiences for guests and staff alike. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance planning and budget management
Implement departmental policies and performance measures
Lead proactive maintenance and repair initiatives




Monitor compliance with safety and industry standards
Build and coach a high-performing maintenance team Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or journeyperson certification
Five years' experience in HVAC and electrical systems
Proficient in managing complex maintenance projects
Knowledge of relevant construction laws and building codes
