Join MLSE Foundation as a Major Gifts Donor Relations Officer, driving donor engagement to elevate community impact. Utilize your fundraising expertise to manage a $1M prospect portfolio and support community initiatives. This role is crucial for advancing MLSE Foundation’s mission, focusing on a major gifts pipeline between $25K and $100K.

You will support leadership ambassadors, develop tailored donor proposals, and facilitate high-value donor meetings to cultivate lasting relationships. Your work will directly contribute to achieving the annual $4.5M Major Gifts goal. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a $1M major gift portfolio and ensure donor engagement
Prepare leadership for high-value donor meetings and solicitations




Create tailored donor communications and proposals
Lead data management practices within Salesforce CRM
Coordinate donor experiences and engagement strategies Requirements:
3–5 years in fundraising or donor relations
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Experience managing major gift prospects
Solid relationship-building abilities with high-net-worth individuals
