Lead operations within the Adult Mental Health Inpatient Unit
Supervise outpatient Brief Intervention and Treatment Team
Uphold high standards of patient-centered care
Evaluate and mentor clinical staff effectively
Ensure compliance with mental health regulations Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preparation is preferred
5+ years of progressive leadership experience
8 years in acute mental health settings required
Preferred certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing
