Become a key leader in the Procurement & Planning department at Maple Leaf Foods, managing live poultry procurement operations. Ensure strategic execution and operational excellence. In this critical role, you will supervise the Procurement team, driving effective planning and execution of live poultry procurement.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline operations and ensure compliance with regulations. Your leadership will enhance service delivery and improve data accuracy while maintaining effective supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and coaching to the Procurement team
Monitor daily supply needs and resolve discrepancies
Oversee accurate producer settlements and data integrity




Collaborate to optimize plant utilization and bird flow
Develop operational dashboards to aid decision-making Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
3–5 years experience in supply planning or procurement
Previous team leadership experience preferred
Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
