Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either MMA kickboxing and/or Muay Thai. This role is essential in fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for students. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, ensuring that each student develops their skills effectively while enjoying the process.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the skill levels of students.
Instruct students in various techniques and safety practices.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to achieve their goals.
Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing rules and regulations.




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the teaching area and equipment.

Experience
Previous experience in either MMA/Muay Thai/ kickboxing instruction or a related fields is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
